 Digital Marketing Associate / Intern  

Location: Colombo / Hybrid Type: Part-time /  Internship  

What You'll Do:

• Execute and optimize our social media strategy (LinkedIn/Google/ Facebook/YouTube/ Insta/Podcasts) content calendar and  campaigns 
• Monitor campaign performance weekly and flag what's working / what isn't.
• Track and report on leads generated from campaigns, handing off qualified leads 
• Support the Founder's meeting coordination and prep - background research, talking points, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital / marketing and communications. 
• Recognized certification or a dedicated performance marketing module/course e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta etc) 
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Canva AI) to speed up content drafting, research, and design
